Purpose and activities

The PP Management ad-hoc group oversees the development of Protection Profiles for the EUCC scheme and ensures alignment of requirements for Protection Profile development.

Key areas of work

  • Maintaining a list of Protection Profiles that enable certification at the high level, with or without a Technical Domain.
  • Gathering industry needs for the creation of new Protection Profiles.
  • Harmonising and classifying Protection Profiles to ensure consistency.
  • Aligning product types defined in Protection Profiles with the EUCC scheme taxonomy.
  • Prioritising and addressing demand for new Protection Profiles.
